  • Son of Keith and Chantal Tkachuk
  • Father, Keith, played in the NHL for 19 years with four teams and collected over 500 goals and 1,000 points. 
    • Inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in 2011, he also represented the United States on eight occasions, helping Team USA win the inaugural 1996 World Cup of Hockey event, a silver medal at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, and a bronze medal at the 1992 IIHF World Junior Championship
  • Cousins, Jimmy and Kevin Hayes, play professional hockey. Jimmy is currently with the Boston Bruins and skated with the NTDP from 2006-08. Kevin played four years (2010-14) with Boston college and signed with the New York Rangers. Both Jimmy and Kevin were members of the 2014 U.S. Men’s National Team
  • Cousins, Casey and Ryan Fitzgerald, skate with Boston College. Casey, a fellow National Junior Evaluation Camp attendee, was drafted in the third round, 8t6th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2016 NHL Draft while Ryan is a junior and was selected by the Boston Bruins in the fourth round, 120th overall, of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Their father, Tom, is the current assistant general manager of the New Jersey Devils. He played in the NHL for 17 seasons and won the Stanley Cup in 2009 as an assistant coach with the Pittsburgh Penguins
  • Participated in the 2015 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game in Buffalo, New York
