TODAY’S SCHEDULE
International competition will resume today at the 2017 World Junior Summer Showcase with a pair of U.S.-Canada split-squad matchups. At 4 p.m., Canada Red and USA White will square off first at 4 p.m., which will be followed by a 7 p.m. meeting between Canada White and USA Blue. Tickets are available here and at the USA Hockey Box Office and both games will be streamed live on HockeyTV.com. 
     The U.S. took part in an optional morning skate while Canada conducted meetings and activation sessions ahead of tonight's U.S.-Canada split-squad matchups. Finland and Sweden, both off today, will practice this morning and return to game action tomorrow.

UPCOMING GAMES
Tomorrow will see all four teams in action, as Canada and Finland will square off at 1 p.m. before USA and Sweden at 4 p.m. Tickets for those games are also available and will be televised live on NHL Network (U.S.) and TSN (Canada).

OVERTIME PROCEDURES
If regulation ends in a tie, overtime will include a three-minute intermission followed by a five minute period of four-on-four sudden death hockey. Should the score remain tied, the game will enter a standard IIHF three-player shootout. In overtime, there are no media timeouts during icing, goals, penalties or puck out of play from defensive zone.
