MINOT, N.D. -- The U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will face off against Canada here today in game one of the 2024 Sled Series at the MAYSA Arena in Minot, N.D. Puck drop is set for 1 p.m. ET. The game will be live streamed for free on USAHockeyTV.com

Team USA enters this game unbeaten with a 10-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record on the season after winning the IPH Cup in Ostrava, Czechia, in October and the Para Hockey Cup in Quispamsis, N.B., in December.

First established in 2004-05, the Sled Series between the United States and Canada is a near-annual competition between the North American rivals. The U.S. is 10-1-0-3-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) in its last 15 series-specific games and trails Canada 16-5-5-26-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) in 53 series meetings all-time.

The 2024 Sled Series marks the first time ever that the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will compete alongside the U.S. Women’s Development Team at an international event. Each team will play three games against Canada at the 2024 Sled Series, with contests today, Friday (March 15), and Saturday (March 16). All six games will be live streamed for free on USAHockeyTV.com.

These two teams have played 114 contests all-time across all competitions, with the U.S. holding a record of 46-12-7-48-2 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T).
