The team is off to a great start and has been working hard on the ice, including some days with multiple on-ice sessions, but is also going through a significant amount of off-ice conditioning as well.

NWHL TUNE-UP:
Earlier today, it was announced that the team would face the Buffalo Beauts on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. ET in an exhibition game that will serve as a final tune up before heading to St. Catharines. The team also played a local U16 boys team on Sunday as part of its preparation.
