1992 IIHF World Junior Championship - Fussen/Kaufbeuren, Germany

The U.S. National Junior Team captured the bronze medal with a 5-2-0 (W-L-T) record at the 1992 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship in Fussen and Kaufbeuren, Germany. The medal was the second-ever in U.S. history in World Junior Championship history.

Team USA was captained by Keith Tkachuk, who finished second in team scoring with seven points (3-4). Tkachuk (2011 inductee) and defenseman Brian Rafalski (2014 inductee) both went on to be inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame.

Goaltender Mike Dunham was named best goaltender of the tournament by the directorate and named to the Tournament All-Star team alongside U.S. forward Peter Ferraro.
