2013 IIHF U18 Men's World Championship

Sochi, Russia | April 18-28 | Silver Medal (4-0-0-3)

After compiling a 2-0-0-2 record in the preliminary round, the U.S. Men's National Under-18 Team skated to a 4-0 quarterfinal victory over Sweden before slipping past Russia, 4-3, in the semifinals. In the gold-medal game against Canada, Connor Clifton and Michael McCarron notched goals, but Team USA fell to the Canadians, 3-2. The medal marked the 10th in a row for the U.S., a feat accomplished by no other nation in the history of the IIHF Under-18 Men's World Championship.
