Carrie Aprik is a registered dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, having earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and her masters in human nutrition and exercise physiology from Michigan State University. Carrie is currently a consulting dietitian for the U.S. Women's National Hockey Team and the Under-18 National Hockey Team, as well as U.S. Figure Skating. Additionally, she is the sports dietitian for Oakland University Athletics and Functional Athletic Sequence Training in metro Detroit. Carrie is a former competitive figure skater and, in addition to her nutrition work, Aprik is a coach at the Lansing Skating Club.
