2018 PWG | Scott Aldrich, Equipment Manager

Scott Aldrich is serving as an equipment manager for the U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team for the first time. Just last month, he fulfilled the same role for the 2018 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team.

Aldrich previously served the U.S. National Junior Team for seven straight years, including the gold-medal winning squad at both the 2013 and 2017 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championships.

Additionally, Aldrich has served as an equipment manager for the U.S. Men's National Team for four consecutive years. A member of Team USA's bronze-medal winning squad at the 2015 IIHF Men's World Championship in Ostrava and Prague, Czech Republic, Aldrich was also with the U.S. team that claimed bronze at the 2013 IIHF Men's World Championship in Stockholm, Sweden, and Helsinki, Finland.

Employed full-time by USA Hockey since 2003, Aldrich was promoted to manager of hockey operations for the organization in December of 2014.

From 1996-2001, Aldrich was the head equipment manager for Michigan Tech University's athletic department. He also worked for the East Coast Hockey League's Columbia Inferno from 2001-03.

Aldrich lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with his wife, Nicole, and daughters, Makenna and Ella.
