2010 IIHF World Junior Championship - Saskatoon/Regina, Canada

The U.S. National Junior Team captured its second-ever gold medal with a 6-5 overtime victory over Canada at the 2010 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship in Regina and Saskatoon, Canada.

Team USA was captained by forward Derek Stepan, who finished as the tournament-leading scorer with 14 points (4-10). Stepan, along with defenseman John Carlson were named to the All-Star Team.
