The 2018-19 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team met Canada in a two-game series in Indian Trail, North Carolina from March 22-23, 2019. After opening with a 4-3 setback to Canada, the U.S. responded with a 4-1 victory to even the series, 1-1. Both games took place at the Extreme Ice Center.
The meetings served as the final international competitions for the two teams ahead of the 2019 Para Ice Hockey World Championship that will take place from April 27-May 4 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
