This is Max Elberty's first time serving as an equipment manager for the U.S. Under-18 Men’s Select Team.

Elberty is set to begin his sixth season as the equipment manager for Colgate University this fall. Prior to his time with the Raiders, he spent five years as the assistant director of hockey operations at Cornell University, and several months as the women's hockey equipment manager in Ithaca before his time at Colgate.

Additionally, Elberty served as an assistant video coordinator for USA Hockey in 2016 and also worked as the equipment manager for the U.S. Men's University Select Roster at the 2015 World University Games.
