Jessica Thibault is leading team services for the U.S. Men's National Team at the IIHF Men's World Championship for the first time in 2024 after serving in the same capacity for the U.S. National Junior Team in 2023 and 2024.

She recently wrapped up her third year as the director of hockey operations for the men’s ice hockey program at Sacred Heart University where she is responsible for team travel, video coordination, pre-scouting for upcoming opponents, and organizing day-to-day program needs.

Thibault previously served as the admissions director for the East Coast Class Tournaments where she coordinated ice needs and requests for various arenas and created schedules across all tournament divisions. Thibault has also had stints at the Rand Pecknold Hockey Camps and Elite Hockey Program.

While she was a student at Quinnipiac University, Thibault served as a student manager and director of hockey operations graduate assistant where she coordinated team travel, utilized Instat recruiting software and was involved in maintaining team relations with TEAM IMPACT.
