Jessica Thibault is leading team services for the U.S. Men's National Team at the 2025 IIHF Men's World Championship after serving in the same capacity for the 2024 event.
Thibault also led team services for the U.S. National Junior Team at the 2023, 2024 and 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship events.
She joined Notre Dame as the director of hockey operations in August 2024 after serving in the same role at Sacred Heart University from 2021 to 2024. Thibault was responsible for team travel, video coordination, pre-scouting for upcoming opponents, and organizing day-to-day program needs for the Pioneers.
Thibault previously served as the admissions director for the East Coast Class Tournaments where she coordinated ice needs and requests for various arenas and created schedules across all tournament divisions. Thibault has also had stints at the Rand Pecknold Hockey Camps and Elite Hockey Program.
While she was a student at Quinnipiac University, Thibault served as a student manager and director of hockey operations graduate assistant where she coordinated team travel, utilized Instat recruiting software and was involved in maintaining team relations with TEAM IMPACT. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and a Master's in Business Administration from Quinnipiac.
