The U.S. Under-18 Women’s National Team claimed gold at the 2024 IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship in January, with a 5-1 win over Czechia in Zug, Switzerland.

The U.S. posted a perfect 6-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record en route to the championship. 

All time, Team USA has medaled in every IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship competed, making the gold medal game in 15 of the last 16 years. Team USA has won gold nine times (2024, 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2011, 2009, 2008), silver six times (2022, 2019, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2010) and bronze once (2023).
