The 2025 U.S. Under-18 Women's National Team will take the ice for the International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women's World Championship from January 4-12, 2025 in Vantaa, Finland. 

Team USA enters the tournament having claimed gold at the 2024 IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship in Switzerland. The team posted a perfect 6-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record, culminating in a 5-1 victory over Czechia in the gold medal game. 

All time, Team USA has medaled in every IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship competed, making the gold medal game in 15 of the last 16 years. Team USA has won gold nine times (2024, 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2011, 2009, 2008), silver six times (2022, 2019, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2010) and bronze once (2023).
