The 2026 U.S. Under-18 Women's National Team took to the ice for the IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship from January 10-18, 2026 in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
The U.S. will competed in group B alongside, Czechia, Slovakia and Finland. Canada, Hungary, Sweden and Switzerland skated in group A.
Team USA posted the first perfect gold in tournament history, going 6-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) and never trailing or tied en route to a 2-0 shutout of Canada in the gold medal game.
All time, Team USA has medaled in every IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship competed, making the gold medal game in 17 of the last 18 years.
