The 2026 U.S. Under-18 Women's National Team took to the ice for the IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship from January 10-18, 2026 in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
The U.S. will competed in group B alongside, Czechia, Slovakia and Finland. Canada, Hungary, Sweden and Switzerland skated in group A.
Team USA posted the first perfect gold in tournament history, going 6-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) and never trailing or tied en route to a 2-0 shutout of Canada in the gold medal game.
All time, Team USA has medaled in every IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship competed, making the gold medal game in 17 of the last 18 years. Team USA has won gold 10 times (2026, 2024, 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2011, 2009, 2008), silver seven times (2025, 2022, 2019, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2010) and bronze once (2023).
