Youth Hockey Coach You'd Like To Thank: One youth hockey coach I'd like to thank is Andy Brink. Mr. Brink taught me so much about the game of hockey, and the right way to play. He also strengthened my love for the game, and made me realize how lucky I am to get to play hockey almost everyday. But most importantly, he taught me the importance of being a person of high character and a great teammate.

Best Memory From Your Own Playing Career: My favorite memory from my playing career was winning the John Reid Bantam tournament with my U14 Shattuck team last year. It was in Edmonton, Alberta, and was a great time with my teammates.

Pregame Routine: Eat pasta at team meal, then get to rink around 2 hours 30 minutes early. Tape my sticks, dynamic warmup, stretch and roll out, sit in the locker room and prepare my mind, then get dressed and go play.

Favorite Workout: Lower body workout, targeting speed and strength.
