Person Whose Helped You The Most In Your Hockey Career: My dad. He’s spent countless hours on the road with me traveling all over and supported me throughout my career. He has pushed me through times where I doubt myself. He would do anything to see me succeed at what I love doing and words can’t explain how appreciative I am of him.

NHL Player You Would Want On Your Line: I would like Quinn Hughes. It’s pretty self explanatory he’s one of the best at what he does.

NHL Player's Style You Try To Replicate: K’Andre Miller

Pregame Routine: Arrive at the rink 2 to 2 ½ hours early. Use the massage gun for a few minutes, then head out to find somewhere to stickhandle. After that I tape my stick and foam roll my legs then finish off any snacks at around 1:15 to game time. Around then we start getting through team meetings and warmups. Finally get my gear on and go to work.

Favorite Workout: Plyometric work, I love jumping
