  • Helped the University of Minnesota to three Division I national championships (2013, 2015, 2016)
  • Named a Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award top-10 four years in a row during her time at Minnesota
  • Led her team to four-straight conference titles and a fourth-place finish at the 2011 Minnesota State High School Tournament

  • Selected as a First Team All-American, All-WCHA First Team, WCHA Preseason Player of the Year
  • Named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete and WCHA All-Academic Team
  • Led the team to its second consecutive NCAA title as co-captain of the Gophers

2014-15 (Junior)

  • Selected as a Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award top-three finalist, AHCA/CCM First Team All-American, All-USCHO First Team, NCAA All-Tournament Team, WCHA Player of the Year, All-WCHA First Team, WCHA Preseason Player of the Year, WCHA Scholar Athlete and WCHA All-Academic Team
  • Named the NCAA Frozen Four Most Outstanding Player to lead Minnesota to the NCAA championship title
  • Led the WCHA in scoring
  • Ranked second in the NCAA with 74 points
