Ottawa, Ontario – Team USA and Canada meet again tonight with the scene shifting this evening to the Canadian Tire Centre, home of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators. Opening faceoff is set for 7 p.m. ET and the game can be seen live in the U.S. on ESPN3.

The contest is the second of three pre-tournament games for both teams in preparation for the World Cup of Hockey 2016, which commences Sept. 17 in Toronto.

Team USA earned a 4-2 victory over Canada last night before an energized and near capacity crowd of 17,791 at Nationwide Arena. Joe Pavelski had a goal and an assist, including the game-winner and Jonathan Quick and Ben Bishop combined for 41 saves.

NOTES: Team USA left its Columbus hotel headquarters at 9 am ET this morning. Its flight departed the Columbus airport just before 10 am and landed in Ottawa at 11:30 a.m. … The U.S. will visit three cities in a 24-hour time frame as it will head to Washington D.C. immediately after tonight’s game. Team USA will have Sept. 11 completely off before resuming preparations at Verizon Center on Sept. 12.
