Significant Achievements

  • As a member of the U.S. Women’s National Team, has represented the U.S. in three Olympic Winter Games (gold - 2018, silver-2010, 2014), has played in seven International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championships (gold-2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017; silver-2012), 10 Four Nations Cups (1st- 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017; 2nd-2006, 2014; 2009, 2010; 3rd-2013) and one IIHF Twelve Nations Invitational Series (2011)
  • Additionally, was a member of the 2009-10 U.S. Women’s National Team on the Qwest Tour, and competed in three Under-22 Series vs. Canada (2008, 2010, 2012)

Olympic Winter Games

Has represented the U.S. three times in an Olympic Winter Games, earning a  gold medal (2018) and two silver medals (2010, 2014)

  • 2018 - PyeongChang, South Korea (gold)
    • Recorded two goals and an assist, including the game-tying goal late in the third period of the gold-medal game to force overtime vs. Canada
  • 2014 - Sochi, Russia (silver)
    • Recorded three goals in five games

    • Registered four goals and six assists in five games

World Championships

Has played in seven International Ice Hockey Federation Women's World Championships, helping the U.S. to six top finishes and one second-place finish (gold-2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017; silver-2012)

    • Served as alternate captain for Team USA
    • Registered a goal and five assists for 6 points in five games

    • Led all defenseman in tournament for points

    • Was on the roster but did not play
  • 2016 - Vierumaki, Finland (1st)
    • Tallied five points (2-3) in four games ... Named U.S. Player of the Game against Finland in the preliminary round.
  • 2015 - Sundsvall, Sweden (1st)
    • Named Best Defenseman in the tournament; served as alternate captain
  • 2014 - Kamloops, British Columbia (2nd)

Other Significant Events

Has represented the U.S. in various other international events, including the 2019-20 Rivalry Series, The Time Is Now Tour, presented by Toyota (2017), Qwest Tour (2009-2010), and three Under-22 Series vs. Canada (2008, 2010, 2012). Also participated in the 2019 Women's National Team Camp in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from Nov. 4-10
