Goaltender Steve Cash (Overland, Mo.) is skating on a U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team for the fourth time after helping the U.S. to a pair of gold medals in 2010 and 2014 along with a bronze medal effort in 2006. The longest tenured player on the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team, in 2014 Cash was selected as the U.S. Flag Bearer for the Closing Ceremony and in 2010 set both Paralympic and U.S. records for not allowing a single goal in all five games. During his time on the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team, Cash has backstopped Team USA to three world championships (2009, 2012, 2015), six World Sled Hockey Challenge titles (2009, 2012, 2015, 2016 - Jan., 2016 - Dec., 2017) the 2016 IPC Pan-Pacific Championship and the 2018 Turin International Para Ice Hockey Tournament.

Defenseman Billy Hanning (High Ridge, Mo.) is making his debut on a U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team. A U.S. National Sled Hockey Team mainstay since the 2014-15 season, Hanning was partially inspired to try sled hockey after seeing a television special on fellow Missouri-native Steve Cash. Hanning has since gone on to be a part of several U.S. championship teams, including one world championship (2015), five World Sled Hockey Challenge championships (2012, 2015, 2016 - Jan., 2016 - Dec., 2017), one IPC Pan-Pacific Championship and the 2018 Turin International Para Ice Hockey Tournament. Billy and his wife, Lauren, have two daughters, Aubrey and Addison.
