Goaltender Jen Lee (San Francisco, Calif.) is representing Team USA at his second Paralympic Winter Games after playing in two games for the gold medal-winning team in Sochi 2014. As a member of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team, Lee won gold at the 2012 IPC Sled Hockey World Championship in addition to earning titles at the 2017 and 2012 World Sled Hockey Challenges. Lee, who has a perfect 7-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record when starting in goal for the U.S., has appeared in 19 games all-time in a Team USA sweater. Lee served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army.

Forward Rico Roman (Portland, Ore.) is also set for his second appearance on the Paralympic stage after skating in five games for Team USA in Sochi. Since joining the National Team in 2010, Roman has helped the U.S. win the 2015 world championship and 2017, 2016 (Dec.), 2016 (Jan.) and 2012 World Sled Hockey Challenges. A Purple Heart Recipient, Roman lost his left leg while serving the U.S. Army in Iraq in February 2007. He was first Introduced to sled hockey by “Operation Comfort,” an organization dedicated to assisting injured U.S. service personnel.
