Forward Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) is set for his second Paralympic Winter Games , where he will be serving as an alternate captain for the first time. Four years ago in Sochi, Farmer scored three goals to help lead the U.S. to the gold medal. His performance also earned him honors as Best Male Athlete of the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games by the International Paralympic Committee as well as the recipient of the 2014 ESPY for Best Male Athlete with a Disability. Farmer ranks as the leading point-getter in Team USA history with 130 (69-61) in 74 games. A 2015 world champion with Team USA, Farmer is coming off a 2016-17 campaign in which he scored 20 goals and collected 35 points, both U.S. records. He has also helped the U.S. win titles at five World Sled Hockey Challenge tournaments as well as the 2018 Para Ice Hockey International Tournament and 2016 IPC Pan-Pacific Championship.

Forward Brody Roybal(Northlake, Ill.) is making his second appearance on the Paralympic Stage. In 2014, the then 15-year-old was the youngest athlete of the U.S. delegation as he scored the first U.S. goal of the tournament en route to its gold medal finish.. In 2016-17, Roybal finished second behind Farmer with 26 points (12-14) in 12 games. As a member of Team USA, Roybal has earned titles at the 2015 IPC Sled Hockey World Championship, four World Sled Hockey Challenges, the 2018 Para Ice Hockey International Tournament and 2016 IPC Pan-Pacific Championship.
