There, it blanked Kazakhstan, 10-0, and France, 4-0, in the relegation round. Keith Kinkaid (Farmingville, N.Y.) was between the net in both of Team USA's shutouts wins here in Denmark, pushing his tournament stats to three wins, two shutouts, a 1.30 goals against average and .955 save percentage while saving 84 of 88 shots.

ROSTER SPOTLIGHT: MICHIGAN WOLVERINES
Two players on this year's roster have spent time at the University of Michigan, including forward and alternate captain Dylan Larkin (Waterford, Mich.) and defenseman Quinn Hughes (Orlando, Fla.). The pair, which are roommates here in Denmark, both skated their ways to Big Ten All-Rookie Team honors (Larkin, 2014-15; Hughes, 2016-17). Larkin also earned 2014-15 Big Ten Rookie of the Year and 2014-15 NCAA West Second All-Star Team honors while Hughes, tabbed to the 2017-18 Big Ten Second All-Star Team, helped the Wolverines reach the 2018 NCAA Frozen Four this year. Prior to becoming Wolverines, both Larkin and Hughes skated with USA Hockey's National Team Development Program in Plymouth, Michigan.
