Community Service
Serves as an Athlete Mentor for Classroom Champions, a non-profit organization dedicated to partnering teachers with Olympic and Paralympic athletes to mentor students in underserved communities. Through her work with students in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area, she supports them to reach their full potential both inside and outside of the classroom.
First Memory of Hockey
Began skating at two and a half years old, and she was the goalie on her team at age six. She remembers waving at her parents in the stands, and every single puck would go in the net. That was the last time she played goalie.
Pregame Rituals
None in particular, but she likes to play Spikeball before games and after warm-ups she likes to put her stick closest to the ice so she can grab it and go right out.
