Day 2 - November 30

Team USA hits the ice at Western Fair Sports Centre for its first practice in London, Ontario. Following practice, a number of players will attend the London Knights game downtown.

CAPTAINS NAMED
Prior to the team's first practice at the Western Fair Sports Centre, the team U.S. head coach David Hoff (Bottineau, N.D.) named the captains of the 2018-19 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team. Josh Pauls (Green Brook, N.J.), who has helped the U.S. capture the gold medal in the last three Paralympic Winter Games (2010, 2014, 2018), was tabbed captain while two-time Paralympic gold medalists (2014, 2018) Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) and Rico Roman (Portland, Ore.) have been named alternate captains. VANBIESBROUCK VISITS TEAM USA
John Vanbiesbrouck, USA Hockey's assistant executive director of hockey operations, was in town today. Vanbiesbrouck, who lives in nearby Detroit, met with the coaching staff and a number of players, including U.S. goaltenders Steve Cash (Overland, Mo.) and Jen Lee (San Francisco, Calif.) before taking in the practice.
