Day two in Kamloops will see Team USA take the ice here at Sandman Centre from 12:15-2:15 p.m. PT. After its skate and a late lunch, the players will take part in a team activity before returning to the hotel for dinner this evening.

On Coskey, Dhooghe, Keane, Callahan: At the 2012 USA Hockey Tier I National Championship, Cole CoskeySean Dhooghe and Joey Keane helped the Chicago Mission edge Michael Callahan and the New Jersey Colonials. Two years later, the Chicago Mission trio would return to the championship game and finish as runner-ups.
On Norris: With his father, Dwayne, playing professionally in Europe, Josh grew up in Germany and is fluent in German.
On Hastings, SandelinThe two NCAA head coaches will watch their respective college teams faceoff without them when Minnesota State meets Minnesota Duluth at the ASU Desert Hockey Classic in Glendale, Arizona, on Dec. 28.

U.S. FAMILY COLLEGE TIES
A total of five players on Team USA have a family member who has captured an NCAA National Championship, including four in men's ice hockey and one in women's lacrosse. Last April, Mikey Anderson and his brother, Joey, helped U.S. assistant coach Scott Sandelin's University of Minnesota Duluth win the 2018 NCAA National Championship. In 2001, Marty Hughes, uncle to both Jack and Quinn Hughes, helped Boston College win the NCAA title. Additionally, Jack Drury's mother, Elizabeth Berkery Drury, helped Harvard University capture the 1990 NCAA National Championship in lacrosse while his father, Ted, skated at Harvard alongside Jack's current coach in Ted Donato. Also, Jack's uncle, Chris, was part of Boston University's NCAA National Championship hockey team in 1995. A year later, Tyler Madden's father, John, helped the University of Michigan capture the 1996 title.
