Team USA ate lunch downtown Ornskoldsvik at Mamma Mia's, a traditional Italian restaurant that is a fan favorite of multiple famous hockey stars, including associate coach Dan Hinote (Elk River, Minn.), who played with MODO Hockey for parts of 2004-05 and 2009-10.
