    • Named to the 2013 ECHL All-Star Game but could not attend due to being recalled by the Griffins
  • Recalled by the AHL's Griffins for the remainder of the season where he collected 26 points (8-18) in 51 regular-season games
  • Tallied 16 points (6-10) in 24 playoff games to help the Griffins claim the 2013 Calder Cup 
    • Tied for third on the team in points (16) while ranking fourth in goals (6) and fifth in assists (10)
    • Shared the AHL postseason rookie scoring title with teammate Riley Sheahan
    • Ranked sixth overall in AHL playoff scoring

2011-12

  • Signed a tryout contract with the AHL's Providence Bruins at the conclusion of his collegiate career
    • Made his professional debut on April 13, 2012, and skated in three games to end the AHL season
