GROUP A SECURED
Today's win gives the U.S. a perfect 2-0 record with wins over Canada and South Korea. While it has one more preliminary round game -- a tilt against Norway on Tuesday (4:30 p.m. local time) -- Team USA's record thus far has already secured the Group A first overall seed. That gives the United States a quarterfinal round bye and a place in Friday's semifinal round.

UP NEXT: OFF DAY TOMORROW
Tomorrow (April 29), the U.S. will hold a skate from 3:15-4:15 p.m. local time. It will then return to tournament action on Tuesday (April 30) with a 4:30 p.m. local time tilt against Norway at Ostravar Arena. Following the preliminary round's conclusion on Tuesday, the U.S. will have two days off before its semifinal game on Friday (May 3).
