SCRIMMAGE DAY
Today marks the day three of the U.S. Women's four-day Winter Camp. Following team video sessions earlier in the morning, Team Blue and Team Red took the ice for the first of a pair of full-ice scrimmages. Team Blue prevailed over Team Red, 3-0.

MENTAL SKILLS
After a post-scrimmage meal at the hotel, players and staff listened to a presentation on mental skills from Alex Oliver, a 21-year Navy SEAL veteran who served on more than nine combat deployments throughout his career. In addition to sharing his experience in the military, Oliver shared advice on team cohesion, culture-building and accountability.
