Teams play final pool play games tomorrow

Action continued at the Boys Select 17 Player Development Camp in Amherst. Before the games started, the goalies had a video session back at the dorms. Hlinka Gretzky Cup goalie coach Kevin Moore began the session by talking about mental toughness and encouraging the goaltenders.

They then had the opportunity to listen to two-time Olympic silver medalist Brianne McLaughlin speak about her experiences at the Olympics. McLaughlin is here coaching the goalies. One of the main themes of camp has been about national pride, and she talked about being able to represent the United States. David Lassande followed with different highlight clips of goalies,

Each team also attended a presentation from Roger Grillo, USA Hockey ADM Regional Manager and assistant coach for the Hlinka Gretzky Cup on age appropriate training.
