Tomorrow's game slate set to begin at 9 a.m. CT

A nice 9 a.m. breakfast at the St. Cloud State University dining hall kicked off Day 3 of the Girls U-18 Select Player Development Camp. After a warm walk to the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, teams broke apart to work on mobility, strength and conditioning, or mental skills. Today's mobility sessions focused on the spine and how the muscles in the back can tense up without proper stretching, inhibiting a full range of motion for the athletes.

Four practices were held today, beginning at 11 a.m. local time and running through 6:30 p.m. on the main sheet of ice.

The day wrapped up with a video session presented by 2020 IIHF U-18 Women's World Championship assistant coach and U.S. Women's National Team forward Brianna Decker, as well as an all-player and staff meeting from 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

Games will pick back up tomorrow at 9 a.m. central time. All games can be streamed on USAHockey.HockeyTV.com.
