Tickets On Sale for 2021 IIHF U18 Men's Worlds

Tournament set for April 26-May 6 in Frisco and Plano, Texas

USA Hockey and the Dallas Stars announced today ticket on sale information for the 2021 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, set to take place April 26 - May 6 in Frisco and Plano, Texas.

Tickets are now available for all preliminary-round games and quarter-final round games and are sold as day passes, which are valid for all games played that day at Comerica Center. Seats will be sold as pod seating groups, featuring between two and four seats per pod, and no individual game tickets will be made available. Information regarding tickets for semi-final games and medal-round games will be announced at a later date.

Due to health and safety protocols, there will be no public tickets sold for tournament games at Children’s Health StarCenter Plano.

The 10-team championship is divided into two five-team groups for preliminary round play. Group B, consisting of the U.S., Russia, Czech Republic, Finland and Germany, will play its preliminary round games at Comerica Center in Frisco, while Group A, which features Sweden, Canada, Belarus, Latvia and Switzerland will utilize the Children’s Health StarCenter Plano. 

Two quarter-finals will be contested in each venue on May 3 with Comerica Center hosting both semi-finals on May 5 as well as the bronze and gold-medal games on May 6.

The U.S. opens tournament play against Russia on April 26 with opening faceoff set for 8 p.m. CT at Comerica Center. For the full schedule, click here

The U.S. is hosting the IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship for just the third time ever and it marks the first time any major IIHF world championship is being staged in the state of Texas.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Fans attending any game at Comerica Center will be required to abide by the facility’s health and safety protocols, which include:

  • Masks are required at all times for guests ages 3 and over.
  • Masks may only be removed when actively eating and drinking in a ticketed seat.
  • Guests may only consume food and beverages while in their ticketed seat.

BAG POLICY
A clear bag and small clutch policy will be in effect for all events at Comerica Center to minimize contact during security screening.  Comerica Center encourages guests to avoid bringing bags if possible. Approved bags include: Clear bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6", wallet-size clutches no larger than 5.5" x 8.5" and parenting bags.
