Last U.S. Game of My Why Tour, presented by Toyota, Set For Monday in Saint Paul

U.S. Women’s National Team To Face Canada at Xcel Energy Center

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The last chance for fans to see the U.S. Women’s National Team  in person prior to the Olympic Winter Games will come Monday (Dec. 20) at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota, when Team USA faces Canada as part of the My Why Tour, presented by Toyota. Opening faceoff is set for 7 p.m. CT and tickets remain available here.

The game features the top two women’s teams in the world and is part of preparations for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

NBCSN will televise the game live with Kenny Albert and Monique Lamoureux-Morando calling the action.

Gigi Marvin, who announced her retirement from the U.S. Women’s National Team on Thursday (Dec. 16), will be honored prior to the contest. The Warroad, Minn., native spent 13 years with the U.S. Women’s National Team program.

NATIONAL ANTHEMS

Staff Sergeant Ava Penner from the Minnesota National Guard will perform the U.S. national anthem, while John deCausmeaker will perform the Canadian national anthem

FLAG BEARERS

Kaya Bois and Willa Wood from the Minneapolis Girls 10U A Team will serve as flag bearers for the contest.

CEREMONIAL PUCK DROP

Gigi Marvin will drop the ceremonial first puck prior to the game.

BLOOMINGTON YOUTH TO PLAY DURING FIRST INTERMISSION

Players from the Bloomington (Minn.) Blue Jaguars youth team will compete in the first intermission.

TOYOTA SHOWCASING VEHICLES

Fans will have a chance to see some of the hottest vehicles in the Toyota lineup in the concourse of Xcel Energy Center.

AUTOGRAPHS FOLLOWING THE GAME

Following the game, fans will have a chance to get autographs from select members of the U.S. Women’s National Team in the concourse. Exact location(s) will be communicated to fans during the game. Masks covering nose and mouth will be required for the autograph session.
