U.S. National Sled Hockey Team Set to Play Three-Game Series vs. Canada

Games will take Place Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will play a three-game series against Canada in Elmira, Ontario, beginning on Wednesday (March 15) at 7:00 p.m. ET. Game two is set for Friday (March 17) at 7 p.m. and the final contest of the Series will be staged Saturday (March 18) at 4 p.m.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for our team to play in a highly competitive series ahead of the world championship,” said David Hoff, head coach of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team, “We’re looking forward to continue growing as a team and building on what we’ve accomplished so far this season.”

The Series marks the third international competition of the season for Team USA, which won the IPH Cup in September, and an unprecedented seventh-straight Para Hockey Cup in December of 2022. The U.S. owns a 9-1-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record this season, including four wins over Canada.

The U.S. is 8-0-0-3-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) in its last 12 Series-specific games. In 50 meetings all-time between the two teams, Canada owns a 26-5-4-14-1 advantage.
