GAME DAY | U.S. Plays Czechia in Final Preliminary Round Game of IPH Cup Today

Opening faceoff is set for 12:00 p.m. ET

OSTRAVA, Czechia – The U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will take on host nation Czechia here today (Oct. 5) in its third and final preliminary round game of the IPH Cup

Puck drop is set for 12:00 p.m. ET at Ostravar Arena, and the game will be streamed live here

Team USA enters the contest atop the tournament standings with a 2-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record after beating Team IPH 6-0 on Monday, and Canada 6-1 on Tuesday, in its first two preliminary round games.

Czechia currently stands at 0-1-0-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L) after earning a shootout victory over Team IPH on Tuesday night.

These two teams have faced off in 11 contests all-time, with the U.S. holding a record of 10-0-1-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L).
