The U.S. won the opening game of the series 7-0 on Wednesday afternoon. Jack Wallace (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) recorded his 100th career point in a two goal, one assist effort from the defenseman. Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) also tallied three points (2g, 1a). Jen Lee (San Francisco, Calif.) recorded his fourth consecutive shutout, a streak that dates back to the Para Hockey Cup in December.

Team USA enters this game unbeaten with a 11-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record on the season, including titles at the IPH Cup in Ostrava, Czechia, in October and the Para Hockey Cup in Quispamsis, N.B., in December.

The 2024 Sled Series marks the first time ever that the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will compete alongside the U.S. Women’s Development Team at an international event. The U.S. Women’s Development Team will play Canada at 4:00 p.m. ET today, and the game will be live streamed for free on
