COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today the 25-player roster for its U.S. Under-18 Women’s National Team that will compete in the 2025 International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women’s World Championship, Jan. 4-12, 2025, in Vantaa, Finland.
The roster features eight returners from the 2024 squad that took home gold at the world championship, including Caroline Averill (Wayland, Mass), Maggie Averill (Wayland, Mass.), Haley Box (Eden Prairie, Minn.), Mary Derrenbacher (Raleigh, N.C.), Natalia Dilbone (South Lyon, Mich.), Bella Fanale (Webster, N.Y.), Megan Healy (South Burlington, Vt.) and Macy Rassmussen (Orono, Minn.). Fanale and Healy were also members of the 2023 U.S. Under-18 National Team that earned bronze.

The U.S. roster includes nine players from Massachusetts, four from Minnesota, two from Illinois, and one from Alaska, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Vermont and is comprised of 14 forwards, eight defenders and three goaltenders.
The U.S. has medaled in every IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship and has played in all but one of the 16 gold-medal games contested. Team USA has nine gold medals, six silver medals and one bronze medal to its credit all-time.
