COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today the 20 players who will compete as the 2025 U.S. Under-17 Men’s Select Team at the Under-17 Four Nations Tournament at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan, from August 5-9.
The United States, who has won the tournament nine previous times, will host Czechia, Slovakia and Switzerland for this year’s tournament. For more information, including ticket information, click HERE.
The team, which includes 12 forwards, six defensemen and two goaltenders, were selected following the USA Hockey Boys National 16 Player Development Camp this week in Amherst, New York.
Players represent 11 different U.S. states, including Minnesota (4), Illinois (3), New York (3), California (2), New Jersey (2), Connecticut (1), Florida (1), Michigan (1), North Dakota (1), Pennsylvania (1) and Wisconsin (1).

UNDER-17 TEAM STAFF ANNOUNCED
Rich Hansen (Northport, N.Y.) will serve as the general manager of the U.S. Under-17 Men’s Select Team, with Jason Guerriero (Mannerville, N.Y.) as head coach. Chad Kolarik (Abington, Pa.) will serve as associate head coach, Tyler Helton (Colorado Springs, Colo.) as the team’s assistant coach and Nick Petraglia (Fairbault, Minn.) as goaltending coach.
Other staff include director of player personnel Rod Braceful (Detroit, Mich.), team leader Colin Martel (Colorado Springs, Colo.), athletic trainer Kevin Margarucci (Colorado Springs, Colo.), team physician Dr. Dennis Sullivan (Portland, Maine), and equipment manager Dana Gobeil (Biddeford, Maine).
NOTES: Team USA has captured titles at nine Under-17 Four/Five Nations Tournaments since the event was established in 2007 (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2021, 2024) as well as six second-place finishes (2007, 2008, 2009, 2019, 2022, 2023) … The U.S. owns an all-time record of 54-2-1-11 (W-OTW-OTL-L) at the U17 Four/Five Nations Tournament … The U.S. has hosted the tournament three previous times (2011, 2016, 2022).
