GAME DAY: Rivalry Series Finale Set Between U.S. and Canada Saturday

Puck Drop Set For 9 p.m. ET on NHL Network

EDMONTON, Alberta – The final game of the 2025 Rivalry Series, presented by Discover is slated for Saturday evening as the U.S. Women’s National Team looks to sweep the series against Canada at Rogers Place. 

Puck drop is set for 9 p.m. ET and can be viewed live on NHL Network. 

TODAY'S MATCH UP

Today's game marks the fourth and final game of the 2025 Rivalry Series, presented by Discover. It's the second meeting of the two teams this week, after facing off on Wednesday. The U.S. currently leads the series 3-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) and can sweep with a victory today.

LAST TIME OUT

Eight different players scored and 16 recorded at least a point, as the U.S. Women's National Team topped Canada, 10-4, in game three of the 2025 Rivalry Series, presented by Discover. Abbey Murphy recorded four points (2G, 2A), while Kendall Coyne Schofield (1G, 2A) and Kelly Pannek (2G, 1A) posted three points each. 

SERIES VICTORY

With Wednesday's victory, Team USA took a commanding 3-0-0-0 victory in the series. Even with game four slated for Saturday, the U.S. will reign victorious in the 2025 edition, marking the first Rivalry Series victory for Team USA since 2019-20.

U.S. SCORES 10

Team USA scored 10 goals against Canada during its 10-4 victory in game three on Wednesday. It marked the largest all-time offensive output against Canada by the U.S. and the most goals scored against them since posting nine in a 9-2 preliminary round win at the 2012 IIHF Women's World Championship.

LARGEST MARGIN OF VICTORY

The U.S.' six-goal victory on Wednesday was the second-largest margin of victory for the red, white and blue all time against Canada and the largest since winning by seven during the preliminary round of the 2012 IIHF Women's World Championship.
