GAMEDAY: Team USA Faces Canada

Tonight is the first meeting between the U.S. and Canada at the Four Nations Cup. The U.S. opened the tournament yesterday with a 5-0 win over Finland. The game will take place at 7 p.m. (local) at the Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Prior to the 2014 Four Nations Cup, the last meeting between the two teams at this event took place on Nov. 6, 2013. In that game, Canada defeated the U.S., 4-2.

USA vs. CANADA: In the Four Nations Cup, Team USA has a 5-4-5-21-1 record (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) overall.

Prior to the Four Nations Cup, the last time the U.S. and Canada met in an international tournament was during the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. There, Canada defeated the U.S., 3-2, in overtime of the gold-medal game
