Division Races Heating Up: Both division races remain up for grabs entering the final day of play. In the American division, Columbia will take the lead into the final day of play with a 2-1-0-1 record and seven points for the tournament. However, Kelly, Black and Forest sit right behind them with six points each. A win in regulation tomorrow for Columbia would clinch the division.

Orange leads the way in the National division with a perfect 4-0-0-0 record and 12 points. Any points tomorrow from Orange would clinch the division. Gold sits in second place with a 3-1-0-0 record and nine points. They would need to win in regulation and Orange to lose in regulation to earn a share of the National division championship.

Race for the Scoring Lead: After day four, the scoring title picture is starting to take shape. Ryan Savage (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and Jeremy Davidson (Kalamazoo, Mich.) have identical scoring lines with seven points each (3G, 4A). Behind those two sit Orange’s Samuel Stevens (Hinsdale, Ill., 4G, 2A), Gold’s Jack Randl (Carpentersville, Ill., 2G, 4A) and Gold’s Sam Renlund (Verona, Wis., 2G, 4A) with six points.

Goalies Continue to Impress: With one day of competition remaining, nine of the 20 goalies participating in camp hold a save percentage over .910, including four goalies currently holding save percentages over .930. Kelly’s Drew DeRidder leads camp with a .952 save percentage and has allowed just three goals in 100 minutes of playing time. Right behind DeRidder is Orange’s Isaiah Saville (Anchorage, Alaska) with a .951 save percentage; stopping 58 of the 61 shots he’s faced this tournament. Both Saville and DeRidder hold a 1.50 GAA through their four games played.

A Matchup of Top Teams: Tuesday’s action featured a 6 p.m. matchup of teams that entered the day at the top of their respective divisions, Orange and Forest. Orange entered play with a record of 3-0-0-0 and a goal differential of plus-11. The only blemish on Forest’s record came in a shootout at the hands of White. Orange would stay perfect courtesy of a two-goal game from Samuel Stevens (Hinsdale, Ill.).
