The U.S. Women's National Team is currently holding its residency period in the Tampa suburb of Wesley Chapel, as players train at Florida Hospital Center Ice in preparation for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Every week, we'll take a look at Team USA's ongoings through social media.

Here's some of what took place this week:

USWNT Scrimmage Tampa Bay Lightning Alumni

The U.S. Women’s National Team took on the Tampa Bay Lightning alumni in a scrimmage at AMALIE Arena last Sunday. The friendly scrimmage was played after the conclusion of a preseason exhibition between the Lightning and the Florida Panthers.

Thank you Tampa for a fun night⚡️
