March 17

Day 14

The 2018 U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team took the ice today at Gangneung Hockey Center's practice rink from 1:30-2:45 p.m. ahead of tomorrow's gold-medal game against Canada.

ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR ALL
Having reached the game it has sought since the season began, the U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team closed practice by going around the room and having each player recognize what they will bring to the table. The concept stemmed from one of the team's mottos of 'All For One, One For All'.

RECOGNIZING JJ O'CONNOR
After its skate, Team USA invited JJ O'Connor, USA Hockey's Disabled Section Chairperson, into the locker room where players and staff presented him with a signed U.S. Paralympic jersey.

NCAA HOCKEY EXCITES
With championship season in NCAA hockey comes excitement, and that much is already true here in 2018. The 2018 NCAA Women's Frozen Four semifinals saw back-to-back electrifying overtime games excite players and staff here in PyeongChang, South Korea. After Clarkson edges Ohio State, 1-0, Colgate stunned Wisconsin, 4-3. Meanwhile, the potential outcomes for who's in and out of the NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament has been a topic of conversation, as well.
As part of the NCAA Women's Frozen Four weekend hosted by the University of Minnesota, the 2018 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award will be presented at a brunch ceremony at McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, today.

MARCH MADNESS A HOT TOPIC
With the 2018 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament and its March Madness underway back in the United States, the team's bus ride home from practice was full of chatter on the 16th seed upset and busted brackets.
