Games set to resume Tuesday

Day 3 at the 2018 USA Hockey Girls 16/17 Player Development Camp provided the athletes with a full day of on- and off-ice training. No games were played July 16, but it was busy nonetheless with practice time at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center’s two Olympic-size ice sheets along with strength and conditioning sessions.

The day in St. Cloud, Minn., also included a camp “team challenge” along with some stickhandling training sessions. The camp’s game schedule will continue on Tuesday, June 17, at 9 a.m. with a game between Team Black and Team Gray. Three more games will then be played at the HBNHC followed by more practice sessions in the afternoon.
