The U.S. Women’s National Team claimed the 2015 Four Nations Cup with a 3-2 overtime victory over rival Canada in the championship game. Team USA trailed 2-1 going into the third period but prevailed in a hard-fought final period and extra frame.
The U.S. went undefeated in the tournament and outscored their opponents 19-4. Leading up to the final game, Team USA defeated Sweden, 6-2, Finland, 7-0, and Canada twice, 3-0 and 3-2 respectively.
