The U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team, the current four-time defending gold medalist in the event, has competed in seven Paralympic Winter Games. The United States is the only nation to have claimed four-straight gold medals in the event or win back-to-back gold medals and is the only nation to have won the event more than once.

All-time, the U.S. holds a 26-2-0-6-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) record and has earned six medals, including five gold medals (2002, 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022) and one bronze medal (2006).
