1990 - IIHF Women's World Championship

Ottawa, Ontario | March 19-25

Team USA captured the silver medal the the inaugural IIHF Women's World Championship. The U.S. went 4-0-0-1-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) with victories against Switzerland, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
