Budapest, Hungary | March 23-30

The 2014 U.S. National Women's Under-18 Team stormed through the preliminary round of the IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship with a 6-1 win over Russia before back-to-back 7-0 triumphs over Sweden and Hungary. In the semifinals, Team USA downed the Czech Republic, 3-1, to advance to the gold-medal game against Canada. In the final tilt of the tournament, the U.S. fell to the Canadians to earn a silver medal.
